Our Guarantee

MindRx LLC offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all OptiMind® purchases. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the original purchase date.

How to Request a Refund

• Contact our Customer Care team within 30 days of your purchase date
• Provide your order number and a brief reason for the return
• Our team will issue a return authorization and provide return instructions if required
• Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days of approval

Refund Conditions

Refunds are available for:

• Unopened products in original packaging
• Partially used products (within the 30-day window)
• Damaged or defective items — we will also replace at no charge
• Orders that were lost in transit

Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

• Purchases made more than 30 days prior to the refund request
• Shipping charges (except in cases of our error)

Subscription Refunds

Subscription charges that have already been processed are refundable within 30 days of each charge date. To cancel future charges, see our Subscription & Cancellation Policy.

Refund Method

All approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement after processing.
