Shipping Policy

Once your order is placed and your package has been picked up, you will (or should have) received an email with tracking information.

Sometimes it can take 7 – 10 days business days for products to reach their destinations depending on where you are in the world in relation to our warehouse. Please allow for this amount of time for your product to arrive. Additionally, please consult your confirmation email of the package being sent for the Tracking Number to see where your package is today. We ship all products in 1-2 business days. If something should happen to prevent this, we will reach out to you.

If you receive a product that is broken, first of all, we are incredibly sorry for this inconvenience. Please call (888) 784-9315 or email info@alternascript.com making us aware of your broken product right away. We will immediately send you out a new product free of charge, and thank you for your patience.
