Subscriptions Overview
When you purchase a subscription you'll receive repeat deliveries. These are based on the subscription duration and frequency that you select.
Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each of these deliveries, unless you choose to pay in advance.
Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you don’t want to renew a subscription you can cancel it.
How does Subscribe & Save Work?
An Alternascript Subscription removes the hassle of remembering to purchase your products while giving you 10% off for the lifetime of your subscription.Your card will be charged and your order shipped automatically every 30 days until you cancel. Cancel or change your order hassle-free by logging into your account at anytime or email us at info@alternascript.com.
How Can I Cancel My Order?
Cancel anytime, hassle-free, by emailing info@alternascript.com, or by logging in to your account. You will be reminded of your subscription order 3 days prior to your charge. If you cancel before your next order is shipped, you will receive a full refund. If you cancel after you order has shipped, you will be refunded, minus the cost of shipping to return the product.
