How Subscriptions Work
When you subscribe to OptiMind®, you save 20% off the one-time purchase price. Your subscription automatically renews on your selected billing cycle (monthly by default). You will receive an email reminder before each renewal charge.
Billing
- Your first charge occurs at the time of purchase
- Subsequent charges occur on the same calendar date each billing cycle
- You will receive an email reminder 3 days before each renewal
- Charges appear as "AlternaScript" on your statement
Managing Your Subscription
You can manage your subscription at any time through your account portal, including:
- Changing your billing frequency
- Updating your shipping address or payment method
- Skipping a shipment
- Pausing your subscription for up to 3 months
- Cancelling your subscription entirely
How to Cancel
To cancel your subscription, log into your account portal and select "Cancel Subscription," or contact our Customer Care team at any time. Cancellations take effect immediately — you will not be charged again. There are no cancellation fees.
Important: To avoid being charged for the next cycle, please cancel at least 24 hours before your next renewal date.
